This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) regulates the use of the service of the Internet portal adhocs2.sg-host.com, (hereinafter, the “Web”) of Cluster de Energía, with registered office at C/ San Vicente 8, Edificio Albia II. 4ª plta Dpto. B. Dcha. 48001, Bilbao, registered in the Mercantile Registry.

Legislation

With general character the relations between Cluster de Energía with the Users of its telematic services, present in the web, are subject to the Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao to resolve any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of the present contractual conditions.
